Yoga with chair modified asanas balance and flexibility

 In this video, we’ll use a chair to modify traditional yoga asanas, making them accessible and effective for all levels. Focusing on balance and flexibility, the chair will act as both support and challenge as we explore different poses. Grab a chair and join me for a fun, balanced practice!
